Holly Kennard

Originally from South Africa, Holly grew up there before immigrating to Auckland, New Zealand in 2007. Holly holds a bachelor’s degree in nursing and spent two years working at Starship Children’s Hospital, developing a strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and care.

Seeking a new challenge, Holly transitioned into luxury hospitality, where she built her career in yachting and progressed into senior housekeeping and leadership roles. Her experience managing high-value environments has given her a deep understanding of maintaining properties to an exceptional standard while ensuring smooth operations and clear communication.

Outside of work, Holly is an avid outdoorswoman who enjoys hiking, swimming, diving, kayaking, and exploring nature.
