Melanie Moore

After leaving the UK in early 2000 Melanie travelled before settling down in Queenstown late 2000. She worked in a variety of jobs from horse trek guiding, front office management, construction office management then to property management in 2008.

Melanie started renting when she first arrived in Queenstown, purchased her own rental properties with her husband then designed and built their new rental properties. Doing this over the last 10 years has given her in depth knowledge of how to make a good income and look after long term investment properties.

Melanie also operations and accounting side of the business along with a small Commercial Management portfolio to keep her on her toes.
