Richard Hoskin

Richard started in property management back in the early 2000's as the owner of a large Princess Street property in Dunedin with a commercial and residential mix totaling 30-unit titles.

Over 12 years Richard managed the apartments and commercial leases while leading the body corp group through a range of compliance challenges over those years. In addition, he has been involved in the subdivision of Queenstown CBD land including the KFC building and the adjacent property that originally comprised the old KFC customer carpark area.

Having lived in the Wakatipu Basin for 30 years, Richard has come to understand the property market and along with his background in sport and recreation looks forward to working across the residential and commercial sector.
