Barbara Anngow
Barbara brings over 15 years of property management experience, including her previous role as an Account Director in Dunedin managing residential portfolios and student accommodation. After moving to Central Otago with her family 15 years ago, she spent the past nine years as a Building Compliance Facilitator Inspector across Wanaka, Queenstown, Cromwell, and Alexandra, overseeing compliance for around 650 properties, including hotels, apartments, and commercial buildings.
Barbara thrives in fast-paced environments and is known for her attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to listen and plan effectively—along with her signature sense of humour.
Outside of work, she enjoys biking Central Otago’s trails with her family, supporting her grandchildren in sport, and making the most of summer with paddleboarding, swimming, and boating.
