Biggie takes his role extremely seriously and you certainly won't catch him sleeping on the job! Any misbehaviour from staff or guests will be met by furious frowning and a staunch stand (not to be confused with enthusiastic tail wagging and happy jumps).

Biggie was offered a very handsome salary but turned it down in favour of treats and cuddles. Some will say he's overpaid but we know his value.
