Caity Zander-Jones

Originally from Wellington, Caity made the move to Wānaka in 2014 and quickly fell in love with the place she now proudly calls home. Over the years, she has put down strong roots in the community and built a career she is genuinely passionate about.

As Operations Manager, Caity brings a wealth of experience and a genuine love for working with people and property. She thrives on organisation, building strong relationships and making sure things run smoothly behind the scenes, while always keeping the experience of landlords and tenants front of mind. With extensive knowledge across all areas of property management, Caity has worked with a diverse portfolio of long-term and seasonal properties and enjoys the variety that comes with every day in the industry.

Her commitment to providing exceptional service has been recognised with the Bayleys Central Otago Property Manager of the Year award in both 2023 and 2025 - something she is incredibly proud of.

When she’s not at work, you’ll find Caity enjoying family time, getting out and about in the outdoors and making the most of life in beautiful Wānaka.
